Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing Suniloel Creations!
All of our custom stickers and decals are carefully crafted, inspected, and packaged before dispatch. This policy explains how we process, produce, and deliver your orders so you know exactly what to expect.
Order Process & Artwork Submission
Many of our products require your artwork before production begins. Here’s how the process works:
- Place your order online.
- Email your artwork (and any QR code link) to suniloelcreations@gmail.com.
- We create a digital proof of your design for approval.
- Confirm the proof.
- Once approved, your order moves into production.
Important: Production starts only after proof approval.
If we don’t receive your artwork after purchase, we’ll send a reminder email. Orders without a response within 24 hours of the reminder will be cancelled and refunded.
Production & Dispatch Times
After proof approval, your order will be prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Working days: Monday–Friday. Approvals received after 10 AM may be processed the next working day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays
UK Shipping Options
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
2nd Class Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery 2-4 working days after dispatch. Free for orders over £30. £2.99 for orders under £30
24 Hours Tracked Delivery: Estimated delivery 1-2 working days after dispatch. Free for orders over £30. £4.99 for orders under £30
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays that are beyond our control.
Total Delivery Time
Your total delivery time depends on three factors:
- Time taken to send your artwork
- Time taken to approve your proof
- Shipping time selected at checkout
Example: Approve proof on Tuesday → Dispatched by Wednesday/Thursday → Delivered within 2–5 working days depending on your chosen shipping method.
Tracking Information
Some shipping options include tracking. If applicable, your tracking number will be emailed after dispatch so you can monitor your custom stickers and decals.
Delays & External Factors
Once your parcel leaves our studio, it is handled by the courier. Delays may occur due to:
- Courier backlogs
- Weather disruptions
- Seasonal demand
- Strikes
- Incorrect delivery information
We’ll do our best to assist, but these delays are outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
Non-Delivery Reports
If your custom stickers and decals do not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please notify us so we can monitor your order. Royal Mail declares a parcel lost only after 15 working days from dispatch. After 15 working days, contact us at suniloelcreations@gmail.com within 7 days to report the non-delivery. We will send a Non-Delivery Confirmation Form. Once completed, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Damaged Item Policy
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at suniloelcreations@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. To process a replacement or refund, we require clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The outer packaging
- Any other relevant evidence
Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Inadequate evidence may delay or prevent a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
