Q1: What products do you offer?
We offer a variety of custom stickers, decals, and ready-to-ship items:
- Matte Sticker Sheet Labels: Printed on sticker paper, non-waterproof, ideal for indoor labelling, planners, and journals.
- Waterproof Laminated Sticker Sheet Labels: Vinyl, laminated for water resistance (not UV-protected), perfect for laptops, bottles, or indoor/outdoor use.
- Iron-On Labels: Printed labels for clothing, bags, or textiles made from cotton and/or polyester.
- Self-Adhesive Decals: Precision-cut, waterproof and UV-protected, ideal for cars, windows, and outdoor surfaces. Requires artwork with transparent background.
- Iron-On Decals: Heat-transfer, suitable for cotton and/or polyester fabrics. Durable and washable. Requires artwork with transparent background.
- Seasonal Items & Ready-to-Ship Products: Tote bags, pouches, and seasonal items.
Artwork & Customisation
Q2: What kind of artwork do you accept and how do I submit them?
- Stickers: JPEG, PNG
- Decals: PNG or vector with transparent background
Tip: High-resolution files (300 dpi) produce the best print results.

Q3: Do you provide digital proofs?
Yes! A digital proof is sent for every custom order and we proceed with production only after your approval.
Please note: This does not apply to the 60pcs stick-on printed sticker name labels for boys and girls—waterproof and iron-on.
Q4: Can you help me with design?
We’re happy to print your custom artwork, but we cannot provide design services or make changes to the files you submit.
To make sure your order turns out perfectly:
- Submit your artwork in high-resolution PNG, JPEG, or vector format
- For decals, ensure your design has a transparent background
- For iron-on decals and labels, use high-quality files for the best results
Tip: Double-check your design before sending — we print exactly what you submit.
Q5: Can I mix designs on a single sheet of printed sticker labels?
No. Each sheet can only contain one design or image. If you need multiple designs, please place a separate order for each image or design you want printed.
Q6: Are there limitations to the designs you can cut for decals?
Yes. Our decals are cut from high-quality vinyl, not printed. Artwork with very small or intricate details may be difficult to cut cleanly and some designs may not be achievable.
Q7: How do I know if my intricate design can be made?
If your design has fine lines, small text, or complex shapes, please contact us first at suniloelcreations@gmail.com. We can advise whether it can be made as a vinyl decal and suggest adjustments if needed.
All about Stickers and Decals
Q8: What is the difference between your sticker labels and decals?
Our sticker labels are printed on either matte white paper or vinyl white paper with a permanent adhesive. They’re ideal for packaging, branding, product labelling, and indoor/outdoor applications.
Our decals, on the other hand, are made from durable vinyl and cut using a plotter, making them perfect for long-lasting designs, lettering, and graphics for windows, vehicles, and equipment.
Q9: Are your sticker labels and decals waterproof and weather-resistant?
Our matte paper stickers are ideal for indoor labelling and packaging but are not waterproof or UV-resistant.
Waterproof vinyl stickers are waterproof but not UV-proof, making them perfect for bottles, containers, and other wet environments, though they are not suitable for prolonged outdoor sun exposure.
Vinyl decals, on the other hand, are both waterproof and UV-resistant, making them perfect for long-lasting outdoor applications on cars, windows, signs, and equipment.
Q10: Are your sticker labels and decals removable?
Our sticker labels and decals use strong, permanent adhesive. They can be removed, but they will leave adhesive residue and cannot be reused once taken off. This makes them ideal for long-term or security-focused applications.
Q11: Will the sticker labels and decals damage paint or surfaces?
Because of the permanent adhesive, removing them may leave residue, and some delicate surfaces could be affected. For best results, apply them to smooth, durable, non-porous surfaces.
Q12: Can I reuse a sticker labels or decal after removal?
No. Once removed, our sticker labels and decals cannot be reapplied. Their adhesion are designed for a single, permanent installation.
Sticker and Decal Lifespan
Q13: How long will my stickers, decals, or iron-on labels last?
The lifespan of your products depends on the type and how they are used:
- Matte Sticker Sheet Labels: Designed for indoor use, they will stay vibrant for 12–24 months when applied to clean, dry surfaces.
- Waterproof Laminated Stickers: Made from durable vinyl and laminated for water resistance, they can last 1–2 years indoors or in light outdoor conditions. (Not UV-protected, so prolonged sun exposure may fade colours.)
- Self-Adhesive Decals: Waterproof and UV-protected, ideal for outdoor use. They can last 3–5 years depending on exposure to sun, weather, and surface type.
- Iron-On Decals & Labels: Suitable for cotton and/or polyester fabrics. With proper care (washing inside out, avoiding high heat), they can last dozens of washes without significant fading or peeling.
Tip: Proper application, storage, and care will maximise the lifespan of your stickers, decals, and iron-on products.
Storage & Care
Q14: What’s the best way to store my unused stickers or decals?
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Use within 6 months for optimal adhesion and durability.
Q15: How do I care for self-adhesive decals?
- Allow 48-72 hours before getting in contact with water
- Not suitable for dishwasher, microwave or strong cleaning products
- Cold or warm hand wash and gentle wipe only
- Do not soak
- Do not scrub on label
Q16: How do I care for iron-on decals and labels?
- Allow 48-72 hours before washing
- Wash inside out
- Machine cold wash only
- Do not bleach and avoid fabric conditioner
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron on designed area
- Avoid high heat
- Suitable for cotton and/or polyester fabrics
